If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
CryptArtist Studio is operated from the State of New Hampshire, United States of America.
CryptArtist Studio is open-source software released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License.

CryptArtist Studio allows you to enter API keys for third-party services, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Pexels. You are solely responsible for:
We are not a party to your relationship with third-party API providers and are not responsible for their services, uptime, pricing, or data handling practices.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, edit, or generate using CryptArtist Studio. This includes but is not limited to videos, images, audio, code, game assets, and project files. We make no claim to any content you produce using the App.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the rights of third parties and complies with all applicable laws.
CryptArtist Studio is free software funded by voluntary community donations through mattyjacks.com and givegigs.com.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CryptArtist Studio uses the .CryptArt file format for project files. While we
design this format to be permanently forward-compatible, we cannot guarantee that all features
of future versions will be available when opening files created with older versions. We will
make reasonable efforts to maintain backward compatibility as described in our documentation.
The DemoRecorder program includes an optional Input Logger feature that records keyboard and mouse events. This feature is intended for creating AI training data and software demonstrations.
By submitting code, documentation, or other contributions to the CryptArtist Studio project through pull requests or other means, you agree that your contributions will be licensed under the same MIT License as the rest of the project.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CryptArtist Studio, its creators, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of New Hampshire or the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the MIT License, constitute the entire agreement between you and CryptArtist Studio regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
